     light up is a platform for youth to look at mental health via a multidimensional lens and reflect on the interactions between our emotional experiences and social issues. our primary mission is to combat the stigma surrounding mental health by adopting an interdisciplinary approach, involving areas such as fine arts, literature, social justice, psychology, politics, communications, and more.​
